LOG ACTIVITIES
LOG organizes a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities. Don't see one on the calendar that interests you? Then you are invited to organize an activity that you enjoy and the opportunity for other lesbians in the Ottawa-Gatineau region to join in.
LOG members regularly organize seasonal outdoor activities in Gatineau Park and other venues around Ottawa. Our regular activities include:
- Hiking in Gatineau Park and the Ottawa Greenbelt
- Snowshoeing
- Dining out
- Skating on the canal
- Pool night
- Potluck lunches and suppers
- Urban walks along the Ottawa River
- Cross country skiing
- Movies
- Games night
- Dances
- A book club
All lesbians are welcome to join our activities and meet like-minded women. There may be a small charge for non-members, and in some cases where an activity is held at a member's home, the activity may be restricted to LOG members. As well, activities with limited registration are available to members only.
Through its members, LOG is also associated with other organizations within the Ottawa-Gatineau region that may be of interest to lesbians, and all members are welcome to promote these events on our calendar.

The following steps may be used to post an activity to the LOG calendar:
- Go to the LOG calendar.
- Click on the Add Event tab.

Complete the following information for your activity ...
- Event Title
- Event Details
- Start Date
- Start Time
- End Time
- Icon (optional)
- Background Colour (optional)
- Click on Add Event. You do not require a passsword to add an activity. The Activity Coordinator will receive notification that an activity has been added and will approve the activity. You can expect up to 48 hours for approval of the activity.
